Can I cancel my order after I placed it?

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. While our system doesn't allow customers to cancel orders directly, our support team is here to assist you with the process. Please note that cancellations are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped and our warehouse hasn't begun processing it. Once the order enters the shipping phase, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.

Can I change the shipping address after I placed an order?

If you need to update your delivery address after an order has been placed, please contact our customer support team immediately. We can modify the shipping information as long as the order hasn't entered our shipping process.

Can I collect my order in store?

At the moment we do not offer in-store pick-up service in-store.

Where are your products shipped from?

We sell made-to-order printed products that are produced internationally. Your order will be printed at the location closest to your shipping address. This allows us to minimize shipping times and costs while providing high-quality custom products to customers worldwide.

How can I track my shipment?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s website and stay updated on its delivery status.

Returns

How long until I get my refund?

We process refunds as quickly as we can, typically within 14 business days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that we may wait to process the refund until we've received and inspected the returned products, or until you've provided proof of shipping.

How can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact our customer service for authorization and instructions. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method, excluding original shipping charges. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.

How do I make an exchange?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for our products. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy for information on how to return your item for a refund. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product.
